PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video-signal processor without reducing color-reproduction range and also generating an error in the adjustment of a white balance. SOLUTION: An output RGB signal is corrected in response to an adjusting value set by a gamma circuit for maintaining an RGB ratio after adjusting the white balance, and the center of a conversion is conformed. An RGB-YUV matrix-conversion is conducted and a tint or the like is adjusted when returning to a YUV-RGB at the post-stage of the matrix conversion.
