A USB device having a DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) receiver is provided to integrate functions of the DMB receiver, a USB memory and a USB charging/data link cable into the single USB device, thereby improving user's convenience in use. A DMB module(245) outputs digital video and audio signals by modulating a DMB signal received through an antenna(250). A DMB controller(240) controls a function of the DMB module, and outputs the digital video and audio signal. A memory(235) stores data inputted from the outside. A memory controller(230) controls a function of the memory, outputs the data inputted from the outside to the memory to be stored, and reads and outputs the data stored in the memory. A switching unit(220) electrically connects the DMB controller to a computer(100) connected to a USB jack(210) or electrically connects the computer with the memory controller according to a first control signal. A state monitoring unit(260) outputs the first control signal.
