An electric connector and a connector assembly are provided to lock and unlock an assembly for assemblage easily per work step. A housing has a plurality of terminals and a plurality of terminal receiving holes. A plurality of the terminals are received and supported in a plurality of the terminal receiving holes. A terminal position determining member(120) has a plurality of first terminal through holes in which one end part of the terminals is passed. The terminal position determining member is mounted in the housing. A terminal protecting plate(130) has the second terminal through holes arranged with the first terminal through holes. The terminal protecting plate is mounted in the terminal position determining member by a combining device.
