PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable radio terminal such as a portable telephone set having an imaging function such as a camera, which is restrained from being fraudulently used such as acquisition of personal information by other persons other than the owner of the portable radio terminal when it is lost or stolen. SOLUTION: The portable telephone set 1 has a display part 2 with a viewing angle control function and a camera 4, and in the camera 4, a lens is directed toward the same side as a display surface of the display part 2 with a viewing angle control function as shown in Figure 1 (a). The portable telephone set 1 has a lock (function limitation) function, and limitation is not released unless authentication by inputting a password is successful. When displaying a password input picture, the display part 2 with the viewing angle control function controls a viewing angle to make a field of view range of the display part match with a camera photographing range as shown in Figure 1 (b). If an operator continuously fails in inputting a password several times, the camera 4 photographs the face of the operator, and the portable telephone set 1 sends the photographed image to the mail address of the owner.
