PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of whisker at a terminal even when a terminal part of a plated wiring is coupled to a connector and moreover to give no harmful effect on animals or plants and human bodies after lead (Pb) diffuses into environment because of the effect of acidic rain. SOLUTION: In the flexible printed circuit board (FPC), a reinforcing plate 5 provided to the terminal 4 coupled with the connector is formed of complete aromatic polyester and the surface process of the terminal 41 is the plating process using tin or an alloy obtained by adding a kind of element or two or more kinds of elements selected from copper, bismuth, silver, and zinc to tin.
