PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the effect to be applied originally by following data from becoming worse, because of the influence of disturbance, relative to the effect to be applied by preceding data. SOLUTION: A storage section stores a plurality of pre-processing data units to be processed at a plurality of times prior to one time and a performance section performs the processing upon one pre-processing data unit when a value of the one pre-processing data unit at the one time is settled within a range from a maximum value of values of the plurality of pre-processing data units to a minimum value (1), and performs the processing upon any arbitrary value practically recognized within the range from the maximum value to the minimum value, in place of the value of the one pre-processing data unit when the value of the one pre-processing data unit is larger than the maximum value or smaller than the minimum value (2).
