A compost for growing Kiwi is provided to effect environment-friendlily biological prevention of Kiwi diseases and soil improvement by using antagonistic microorganisms having an excellent antibacterial action against Diaporthe actinidiae and Botrytis cinerea. A fermented compost for growing Kiwi is prepared by the steps of: inoculating antagonistic Bacillus KB 112(deposition No: KCTC 8989p) against Diaporthe actinidiae and Botrytis cinerea on soybeans to ferment the soybeans; adding the fermented soybeans to a compost composition in an amount of 0.01-1wt% based on the weight of the compost composition, and mixing the admixture; and aging and fermenting the mixture at 15-25 °C for 3-10 days.
