PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a device operated by being supplied with power such as a temperature regulation device, while limiting electric energy to a desired optional value without generating an alarm warning of disconnection detection. SOLUTION: The temperature regulation device 100 is provided with this power control device 20 including an operation amount calculation part 30 calculating an operation amount for setting the value of temperature of a fluid to a target value, and a temperature regulation part 40 supplied with power corresponding to the calculated operation amount for regulating the temperature of the fluid. The power control device 20 is further provided with a power upper-limit-value setting part 50 and an operation amount compensation part 60. In the power upper-limit-value setting part 50, the upper limit of power supplied to the temperature regulation part 40 is set. In the operation amount compensation part 60, the calculated operation amount is compensated so as not to exceed the set power upper limit value, and output to the temperature regulation part 40.
