PURPOSE: A cover curtain system for reducing an offensive odor for a sewer conduit is provided to automatically discharge clear rainwater discharged through a sewer conduit by water pressure. CONSTITUTION: A cover curtain system for reducing an offensive odor for a sewer conduit comprises fixed brackets(10), first pipes(11), cover curtain plates(20), second pipes(21), and a hinge shaft(30). The first pipes are coupled to the fixed brackets. The second pipes are coupled to the cover curtain plates. The hinge shaft traverses through the first and second pipes so that the cover curtain plates can be opened and closed.
