PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic data processor capable of updating the offset data of a magnetic sensor for better usability and also simplifying the configuration of the hardware. SOLUTION: The magnetic data processor includes: the input means for inputting the magnetic data successively from the magnetic sensor; the first formation means for generating the first offset update data from the accumulated magnetic data when the distribution of the magnetic data indicates the first characteristics while accumulating the magnetic data following to the first sampling regulation; the second formation means for generating the second offset update data from the accumulated magnetic data when the distribution of the accumulated magnetic data indicates the second characteristics while accumulating the magnetic data following to the second sampling regulation; the update means for updating the offset data of the magnetic sensor when the first offset update data are generated from the first offset update data and updating the offset data of the magnetic sensor when the second offset update data are generated from the second offset update data.
