摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem requiring to compose graphic with variation, by extracting fluctuations on a map of signal level from signal data of pixels of input signal, when processing for aiming to extract fluctuations, such as luminance unevenness on images, such as flat panel display. SOLUTION: A technique sorting as graphic, in a way in which, for adapting of the kernel processing, diagonal lines are drawn to a block configured with predetermined pixel dimensions, the block is divided into X-axis and Y-axis via the diagonal as being bound; pixels corresponding to elements divided into four domains are extracted as the correlation ratio of two elements of each X-axis and Y-axis; and moreover, the correlation ratio of the extracted X-axis and Y-axis is synthesized to be directional data, a graphic condition extracting technique, in which correlation ratios of X-axis and Y-axes are multiplied to be intensity of direction data; and also a technique in which the pixel data of input signal is processed by level comparison to detect a graphic, and after kernel processing is implemented, a processing is implemented, where the graphic is adopted as effective graphic through correlation with the extracted data are all included.
