An EC(Electronic Commerce) method capable of performing auction and prompt transaction at a sale price presented simultaneously with the auction is provided to shorten a closing time and perform trade at a reasonable price by making a seller determine sales in consideration of a price and a credit level of a buyer. A prompt purchase request of a second buyer is informed to a seller when the prompt purchase request is received from the second buyer in a waiting time(S500). Approval for the prompt purchase request of the candidate buyer is informed to the second buyer and a new waiting time is set when the seller accepts the prompt purchase request of the second buyer(S600). A goods contract between the buyer and a first buyer is made when the prompt purchase request is not received from other buyers in the waiting time or the seller does not accept the prompt purchase request(S700). |
