An opinion gathering service system for gathering opinions in real time through various kinds of communication channels and a method thereof are provided to gather the opinions in real time and reflect a result to administration business by using a mobile device, an IPTV(Internet Protocol TV), and the Internet. An opinion gathering service system comprises: an administration terminal(100) selecting/transmitting a title and persons for gathering opinions; an opinion gathering server(200) providing an opinion gathering result to the administration terminal; and a user terminal(300) receiving and transmitting the opinion for the title to the opinion gathering server. |
