An Internet phone service method using the soft phone of an execution file structure, and an apparatus thereof are provided to configure a soft phone program for using an Internet phone with one execution file form, thereby easily transmitting a soft phone, in which the predetermined amount of money is charged in advance, to others. A generator produces an execution file with a soft phone built-in for an Internet phone call(S100). The generator transmits the execution file to a user(S200). The soft phone is produced on the PC screen of the user(S300). The user performs the Internet phone call by using the soft phone(S400). |
