FIELD: medical technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: hook for transposition and fixation of soft tissues consists of a basis and tang. The basis is expanded to opposite side from the tang and has nibs with points on one of its surface. The nibs are inclined to this surface and oriented with the points to the side that is opposite to expansion. At least two orifices are made in the hook. The tang also has pointing nibs fixed on the same surface of the hook, in which the nibs of the basis are fixed, that is inclined and oriented to the same way. The other surface of the hook is smooth. Each nib has central conic part with cone angle of 5-7°, the central conic part has point from one side, and conic part with cone angle of 18-22° from the other side. The conic parts are tapered towards the point and made at each nib by cylinder section of two planes. The planes are placed at an angle of 110-130° towards each other and have a cross line, which is located in the lengthwise plane of the nib at an angle of 85-95° towards the surfaces of the hook. ^ EFFECT: enhancement of aesthetic effect of skin tightening and decrease of injury. ^ 16 cl, 6 dwg |
