FIELD: technological processes; mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: saw blade contains cutting teeth with front and back surfaces and chip clearance grooves. Cutting teeth are provided in longitudinal direction of symmetrical shape, and have cutting blades on both sides, front surfaces of which are shaped with symmetrical walls of chip clearance grooves. Back surface of every cutting teeth is common for its cutting blades and is shaped with groove by provision of back angles on both sides of cutting tooth. Front surfaces of cutting tooth may be inclined to its lateral side. Back surface groove may be cylindrical or triangular in shape. ^ EFFECT: provides possibility to operate on both directions of main motion without rearrangement, higher resistance and efficiency of cutting. ^ 4 cl, 4 dwg |
