A modulator of electronic brake system contains a housing, in cavity of which a valve is installed. The valve has a through axial opening and a toothed rack on the external side in the center, and installed in initial position by spring. The rack is connected to the gear of the shaft of step electric motor. The spring is located in the cavity of housing and rests by one end on the wall of housing, and it rests by the second end on the valve. In the housing an inlet of rectangular form and two inlet-outlet openings are made, those are connected together. One of inlet-outlet openings is connected to the brake valve, and the second inlet-outlet - with the brake chamber. The inlet of rectangular form is directly connected to the receiver of compressed air and in initial position it is closed by valve with a reserve lengthwise, which is equal to the length of the closed opening. Performance of the following functions of electronic brake system is ensured: in brake mode - electropneumatic brake drive, in traction mode of antiskid system and system of the guarantee of course-keeping ability and shortening of time for supply of air to the actuating mechanisms.
