<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive adhesive composition which can be used e.g. for a spacer layer in an optical disk, is excellent in workability and can yield a homogeneous thin film, a photosensitive adhesive sheet manufactured using the same and a manufacturing method of a substrate with an irregular surface using the photosensitive adhesive sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive adhesive sheet is manufactured using the photosensitive adhesive composition which only generates a reactive active species and does not harden when irradiated with light but begins to harden when subsequently heated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
