<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solar battery which can eliminate a short circuit when connecting small-size solar batteries divided by a batch panel cutting process. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a solar battery comprises a process of forming a transparent electrode layer on a glass substrate, a process of etching the transparent electrode layer, a process of forming a power generation layer on the etched transparent electrode layer, a process of etching the power generation layer, a process of forming a metal electrode layer on the etched power generation layer, a process of forming a plurality of rectangular cells which form a circuit as a conduction path for allowing adjacent parts of the metal electrode layer divided by etching to conduct through the power generation layer and the transparent electrode layer, a process of forming an integrated panel by laying an adhesive sheet and a rear face cover sheet in order on a rectangular cell formed face and bonding the glass substrate and the rear face cover sheet under heat and pressure, and a process of batch- dividing the panel at division lines into solar batteries of a desired size.</p> |
