PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro inspection chip and an inspection device capable of preventing channel air bleeding from becoming impossible caused by blocking an air bleeding high-resistance channel by leakage liquid of a reagent, preventing bubbles from being interposed between driving liquid and the reagent, and sending the reagent stably. SOLUTION: The channel width of a branch part is set to be wider than the channel width of a driving liquid channel. Hereby, since channel air bleeding can be prevented from becoming impossible caused by blocking the air bleeding high-resistance channel by leakage liquid of the reagent, the micro inspection chip and the inspection device capable of preventing bubbles from being interposed between the driving liquid and the reagent, and sending the reagent stably can be provided.
