PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage of a base part 11 caused by press-fitting of the base part 11 and a clearance between a fitting hole 100a and tubes 101, 101 in a sealing device 1 provided between the fitting hole 100a and the pair of tubes 101, 101 arranged inside the fitting hole 100a. SOLUTION: The sealing device 1 is provided with the base part 11 comprising a rubber elastic material and having a pair of opening parts 11a, 11a to which the tubes 101, 101 are press-fitted, respectively; a pair of reinforcement rings 12, 12 embedded in the base part 11 to be separated from each other to individually surround the respective opening parts 11a, 11a; and a seal lip 13 extended from one end to the outer peripheral side of the base part 11 to be brought into close contact with an inner face 100b of a housing 100 to surround the outer peripheral side of the fitting hole 100a opened on the housing 100.
