PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a camera including a camera unit, a projector module, and further a barrier and its driving mechanism. SOLUTION: The camera comprises: the camera unit 20 incorporating photographic components including an optical system; the projector module 30 incorporating image projection components; the lens barrier 22 capable of being moved between a protection position where the optical system is covered and a retreat position where the optical system is exposed; and the driving mechanism 40 for driving the barrier 22. A final gear 44 constituting the driving mechanism is supported to be rotatable on the outer periphery of a cylinder part 37a (forming a projection optical path) formed in the housing 37 of the projector module 30.
