METHOD OF DIRECTLY CALCULATING BOILING POINT OF FLUID

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of directly calculating a boiling point of fluid in a 3-dimensional crisscross arrangement type electrode structure (4) installed in a substrate (2). SOLUTION: The method uses an integrated and microstructured heating resistor (42) to heat a liquid content object in the 3-dimensional crisscross arrangement type electrode structure (4), and then uses a temperature resistor (24) also integrated and microstructured in the substrate to obtain boiling point of fluid from variation in capacitance and resistance values.
