PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burn-in device capable of uniformizing the temperature inside a thermostatic bath, as much as possible. SOLUTION: The burn-in device comprises one or a plurality of first and second burn-in board insertion slots into which a burn-in board is inserted, a first fan that is provided for forming circulation of first air to the first burn-in board insertion slot and circulates the air without flowing between burn-in boards, inserted in the second burn-in board insertion slot after passing between burn-in boards inserted in the first burn-in board insertion slot, and a second fan that is provided for forming circulation of second air to the second burn-in board insertion slot and circulates the air inserted in the first burn-in board insertion slot, without flowing between the burn-in boards, after passing between the burn-in boards inserted in the second burn-in board insertion slot.
