PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission chain enabling a reduction in noise by increasing the rigidity of links in the longitudinal direction without increasing the mass of each link to suppress the vibration of the chain itself and the other parts and also provide a power transmission device. SOLUTION: This power transmission chain 1 comprises the links 11 each having longitudinal insertion parts 12, 13 in which pins 14, 15 are inserted, respectively. A bent part 31 is so formed on the link 11 at least at one of the chain inner diameter side portion and the chain outer side portion that the rigidity of the link 11 in the longitudinal direction is increased.
