PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the existing snow disposal machine is not easy to discharge scooped snow from a snow disposal plate as a small crawler is easily levitated or tilted by snow discharging resistance of the snow disposal plate and a rake angle is greatly changed in accordance with the levitation of the snow disposal plate, because the snow disposal machine moves deposited snow by pushing with the snow disposal plate and performs snow disposal work by discharging snow balls from the snow disposal plate while moving the snow disposal plate by pushing and the operator discharges the part of snow from the lower edge of the snow disposal plate by moving a control lever down to levitate the snow disposal plate accordingly in the holding state of the control lever. SOLUTION: An operating device of a snow disposal machine is constituted of a dozer boom 2 having a snow disposal plate 1 which rear edge is supported rotatably up and down around a spindle 5 against a body frame 4 of a rear crawler 3 and a lift rod 7 linked by an up and down rotation of a lever 6 located on the rear body frame 4 is connected to the dozer boom 2.
