PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a kitchen counter with a sink facilitating the cleaning, and improving the designability of a flange part formed on an outer peripheral edge of the sink and exposed on the surface side. SOLUTION: In the kitchen counter A with the sink, the sink 20 having on its peripheral edge a flange part 22 with a folded element 25 extending substantially perpendicular to a floor face is arranged in an opening part 13 formed in the counter 10, and the sink is joined and fixed to the counter by the intermediary of a joint part 30. In the manufacturing method of the kitchen counter A with the sink, the counter and the sink are placed on an upper surface 60a of a pedestal 60 upside down, and an inner peripheral edge 15 of the opening part of the counter and the folded element 25 of the sink are arranged face to face interposing a positioning member 58. The flange part is fastened to the pedestal from the reverse side under pressure using a pressing member 55. In this state, a hard adhesive agent is injected from the rear face side of the counter and the sink to form a joint part, and a joint J exposed to an obverse side of a space between the inner peripheral edge of the opening part of the counter and the folded element of the sink is formed on a part of the joint part.
