<p>The valve (1) has a venturi control unit (2) in which a flap shaft (3) is supported. A flap (4) is symmetrically arranged on the shaft in an inclined manner so that the flap is attached at an inner side (6) of the control unit in a closed condition of the valve. The flap and flow cross-section of the control unit are elliptically designed, where main and secondary axes of the elliptical flap are larger than main and secondary axes of the elliptical flow cross-section of the control unit, respectively. The secondary axis of the flap is smaller than the main axis of the flow cross-section.</p> |
