<p>An organic electroluminescent display device and manufacturing method thereof can prevent the crosstalk phenomenon by insulating the second bottom electrode at each pixel by using the bank layer. The gate electrode(110) is formed on the substrate(100). The gate insulating layer(115) is formed on the gate electrode. The semiconductor layer(120) is formed on the gate insulating layer. The source electrode(125a) and drain electrode(125b) are formed on the semiconductor layer. The first bottom electrode(140) is electrically connected with the drain electrode. The bank layer(145) exposes the partial region of the first bottom electrode. The second bottom electrode(150) is formed on the first bottom electrode and bank layer. The light-emitting layer(160) is formed on the second bottom electrode. The top electrode(170) is formed on the light-emitting layer.</p> |
