Balloon laparoscope, trocar sheath and fastening insert for a trocar sheath

The laparoscope has a balloon (3) fastened at a distal end region (2) of a tubular body (1). An interior of the balloon is in fluid connection with a lumen (11) of the body such that the balloon is brought into an expanded condition by supplying fluid via the lumen. A stabilizing element (13) for the balloon is provided in a region of a connection point between the balloon and the body. The stabilizing element prevents or hinders pivoting of the expanded balloon relative to the body. The laparoscope is guided into an abdomen by a trocar sheath. The balloon is made of flexible, expandable plastic material. An independent claim is also included for a trocar sheath for guiding a balloon laparoscope or an instrument for minimal-invasive surgery in an abdomen.
