The device also includes spring-loaded element. In the present invention, there is provided a construction which is equipped with a guiding bushing being installed in the internal grip and a slider being inside the guiding groove of the body. Besides, the spring-loaded element is implemented as a reducing bushing for drill fixing and provided with a possibility of round trip inside guiding bushing to ensure momentary tool withdrawal into the body. ^ EFFECT: wide area of application and prevention of machined surface damage. ^ 1 dwg
