FIELD: railway transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport and is designed to be used to manually brake the cut of cars on double inclines. The proposed system comprises braking shoe fitted under one wheel of wheel pair. Note that it additionally incorporates an unloading beam fitted on elasto-damping base and coupled with the main web only in horizontal planet to interact with the flange of wheel either with or without aforesaid braking shoe. ^ EFFECT: ruling out skidding by changing surface of contact between wheel pair wheel with braking shoe and rail that allows wheel rollover right before skidding. ^ 2 dwg, 2 ex
