PURPOSE: A vertical axis wind turbine device producing the electricity is provided to increase the rotation number of a rotary rod and to electricity production amount. CONSTITUTION: A vertical axis wind turbine device producing the electricity comprises a base frame(10), a rotating rod(20), a support stand(50), a rotation increase part(30), a wind sensor(60) and a fixture(40). The rotating rod has a plurality of wings(21) rotated with wind force. The rotating rod is combined in a one-way clutch bearing of the base frame and rotates in a specific direction.
