PURPOSE: An adsorption tissue using kapok fiber, an adsorption rod, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enable a user to use the adsorption tissue for a kitchen or portability according to a package unit by laminating the adsorption tissue with holes many folds. CONSTITUTION: An adsorption rod using kapok fiber for removing food oil flotage includes a fixing rod(21) and a fixing yarn(23). A plurality of holes(11) are formed on a kapok fiber(10) of a sheet shape with a constant interval. A handle is protruded from the fixing rod. The kapok fiber is rolled. The end of the kapok fiber is fixed by the fixing yarn.
