<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide body for a belt-like light source showing a strong directivity and its manufacturing method, the belt-like light source provided with the light guide body for the belt-like light source, and a belt-like illumination device provided with the belt-like light source. <P>SOLUTION: In the light guide body 10 for the belt-like light source provided with a belt-like transparent member 11 and a plurality of prism-shape reflecting grooves 12 which are arranged on the rear face 11b side of the belt-like transparent member 11 and which reflects light made incident from the end face 11c side of the belt-like transparent member 11 and propagated to a surface side, a cross sectional shape of the reflecting grooves 12 is nearly triangular, an inclination angle of the main reflecting face 12a of the reflecting grooves 12 to the main light axis of the belt-like transparent member 11 is made as 40° or more and 60° or less, and an angle of the apex angle 12b of the reflecting grooves 12 is made as 5° or more and 30° or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
