PURPOSE: Development equipment for an automatic surface defect inspection and a buffer of an LCD color filter glass are provided to improve product quality and productivity by the design of a robot system. CONSTITUTION: The speed of a panel is faster than existing designs. An optical light field mode is operated in the case of a continuing white defect. In case the sum total of the bonding area is greater than 1/2, an order is made to process within 3 pixels. In case of a continuing black defect, system dark field mode is used. |
