PURPOSE: A 3D image drawing system for a topography image according to numeric information is provided to use location data to update a drawing image, thereby drawing an accurate topography image. CONSTITUTION: If data for a location of a neighbor location measuring unit and a distance from the neighbor location measuring unit is checked, a control module(163) of a location measuring device transmits the data to a control device(140). An image drawing device checks the direction and the distance between location measuring devices based on the data. The image drawing device generates a coordinate at every boarding point. The image drawing device matches a coordinate of a checked central point with a representative GPS coordinate of a corresponding building. The image drawing device applies a new topography image to the drawing image. |
