A fuel cell system is provided to operate a fuel cell using hydrogen generated by reacting glycerol and water used instead of hydrogen in a fuel electrode. A fuel cell system including a fuel electrode, electrolyte and air electrode comprises a fuel pipe(3) for supplying the fuel to the fuel electrode of the fuel cell; a fuel supply unit for supplying the fuel inside the fuel cell through the inside of a fuel pipe; and a heater(5) for heating the fuel injected in the fuel electrode, which is equipped at one side of the fuel pipe.
