<p>Aqueous dispersion comprises: at least an organosilicon compound comprising silane group (I) and its partial hydrolysate or siloxane unit (II); at least one non-ionic emulsifier with a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) value of >= 12, which is optionally mixed with non-ionic emulsifiers with a HLB-value of less than 12; at least one cationic surfactant comprising an ammonium compound (III) or 4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole compound of formula (IV); water; and optionally further components.
