PURPOSE: A producing method of kimchi sauce for kimchi stir-fried rice with cheese, the kimchi stir-fried rice with the cheese, and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the nutritional property and the taste of the kimchi stir-fried rice. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of kimchi sauce for kimchi stir-fried rice with cheese comprises the following steps: mixing 100parts of minced meat by weight selected from pork, beef, and chicken, 1~2.5parts of ginger by weight, 3.5~4.5parts of garlic by weight, 0.8~1.2parts of pepper by weight, 15~25parts of refined rice wine by weight, and 4.5~6parts of sugar by weight; stir-frying the mixture after adding water; and mixing 50parts of stir-fried meat by weight with 500parts of minced kimchi by weight and cooking. |
