<p>PURPOSE: A method for generating an additional information added document and an image forming apparatus for performing the same are provided to generate and store a document to which additional information is added in order to transmit the document in a desirable point of time. CONSTITUTION: A receiver(114) receives a first document, and a storage unit(120) comprises a first document, a second document to which additional information is added, a pattern which corresponds the attribution of the additional information, and a document box. A user interface(150) inputs the attribution of the additional information which is set in the document box, and a control unit(130) generates a second document by adding the additional information to the first document. A transmission unit(112) transmits the second document to a receiver corresponding to the selection of the user interface.</p> |
