PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing and using a pad of Artemisia Princeps Pamp is provided to maximize pharmacological action of Artemisia Princeps Pamp and garlic. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a pad of Artemisia Princeps Pamp comprises: a step of washing Artemisia Princeps Pamp in a washing tank(100) with clean water and removing water; a step of washing garlic and removing water; a step of mixing 70-95 weight% of Artemisia Princeps Pamp and 5-30 weight% of garlic in a mixer(120) to obtain a mixture; a step of pressing Artemisia Princeps Pamp and garlic in a container(130) at a pressure of 10kg; a step of heating at 50-90 °C for 20-45 days for fermenting and drying; a step of soaking 20-40 weight% of mixture of Artemisia Princeps Pamp and garlic; a step of precipitating the mixture in a precipitation bath(160); a step of drying a Artemisia Princeps Pamp pad; and a step of covering the pad with a cotton and non-woven fabric(181).
