PURPOSE: A smart random type channel selecting method are provided to determine ranking according to a selected channel, watching time, and watching frequency and orderly select the channel according to the ranking, thereby providing convenience of channel selection. CONSTITUTION: A watching channels and watching time, and watching frequency is stored in a memory when a viewer is watching a general TV(S1). If a viewer presses a smart random key of a remote controller, a remote controller receiver recognizes the press. According to a command of a control unit, the control unit determines a ranking of channels based on stored data of the memory. According to ranking order, the control unit randomly and automatically selects only channel which is suitable for taste of a viewer according to control of direction keys(S2). |
