PURPOSE: An auxiliary touch monitor system capable of independent touch input and an independent touch input method of the auxiliary touch monitor are provided to enable an auxiliary motor to smoothly perform an information searching operation and a file control operation while using an application program executed in the main motor. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary touch monitor(210) is connected to a main input unit, a main monitor, and a computing system including an OS(Operating System). An auxiliary touch controller(220) processes a signal inputted through a touch screen and controls a touch screen(212) of the auxiliary touch motor. An independent control application(240) uses the data outputted from an auxiliary touch driver to control a software module independently without influence on an activation window of the main monitor.
