PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a rope having double coat is provided to enable massive production and to maintain elasticity and strength. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a rope having double coat comprises: a step of collecting a plurality core wires which are uncoiled and coiling the outside of the core wire by inclining to a first element wire to form an inner coat; and a step of coiling the outside of the coated core wire to a second element wire to form a outer coat(30). The core wire is made of rubber material. The second element wire is coated by coiling the outside of the rubber wire or spandex with a microfiber.
