<p>The design consists of the features of shape, configuration, pattern and ornamentation of a toothbrush as shown in solid lines in the drawings. The portions shown in stippled lines do not form part of the design.The most significant features are the shape, configuration, pattern and ornament of the oval-shaped element embedded in the lower portion of the handle of the toothbrush.
