<p>The design consists of the features of shape, configuration, pattern and ornamentation of a toothbrush as shown in solid lines in the drawings. The portions shown in stippled lines do not form part of the design.The most significant features are the shape, configuration, pattern and ornament of the "tong-shaped" feature covering the front and rear surfaces of the toothbrush handle, where the "tong-shaped" feature wraps around the bottom tip of the handle. The "tong-shaped" feature leaves portions of the side surfaces of the handle exposed, creating an elongated U-shape in the side views of Figures 7 and 8, for example.Drawings of the design are included wherein:FIG. 1 is a right front perspective view of a toothbrush;FIG. 2 is a left front perspective view thereof;FIG. 3 is a right rear perspective view thereof;FIG. 4 is a left rear perspective view thereof;FIG. 5 is a front view thereof;FIG. 6 is a rear view thereof;FIG. 7 is a right side view thereof;FIG. 8 is a left side view thereof;FIG. 9 is a top view thereof; andFIG. 10 is a bottom view thereof.</p> |
