PURPOSE: An insulation holder for fixing a pylon of a high voltage wire is provided to prevent an electrical accident due to earthquake by arranging a buffer spring between a support plate and a wire mount. CONSTITUTION: A transformer transforms high voltage flowing in a transmission wire to a utility voltage. A distribution board is connected to a transformer and an underground distribution wire. A wire mount(30) is connected to the underground pipe. A buffer spring is arranged between a support plate and the wire mount. A wire connection unit(50) is arranged inside the wire mount. A switch unit(60) is arranged on the wire mount. A controller outputs an operation signal to a compressor in response to a sensing signal of the switch unit. The compressor supplies air to the wire mount in response to the operation signal of the controller. |
