PURPOSE: A resistive touch panel and a multi touch method thereof are provided to enlarge the application range of the touch panel by identifying a plurality of touch points through a simple calculation. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate includes a first conductive layer(113) and a first sensing electrode(114) which is installed in one side of the first conductive layer. A second substrate includes a second conductive layer(123) and a second sensing electrode(124) which is perpendicularly installed in the side of the first conductive layer. The first and the second conductive layers have resistance anisotropy.
