PURPOSE: A hot water boiler of a rice cake steamer is provided to reduce the heating expenses and installation expenses for a boiler for generating warm water, and to cook rice cake with steam generated from a steam tank. CONSTITUTION: A hot water boiler of a rice cake steamer comprises the following: a steam tank(10) generating high pressure and high temperature steam by the operation of a heater; a water supplying tank(20) storing water; a pump(30) pumping the water inside the water supplying tank to the steam tank; a heat exchanger(40) generating hot water using the water supplied by the pump; and a controller(50) opening and closing a valve to control the supply of the water.
